What: Healing Power of Nature
Where: Zion Crossing
Lead: Terry Lynch
Stress and anxiety can be overwhelming, however studies show that just stepping outside can do a body good. The power of the sun, the briskness of the breeze, and a sharp intake of air connects us to our surroundings, grounds us and restores us.
Terry Lynch has been associated with the New Jersey Sierra Club for many years. She brings her personal experiences and love for the outdoors to this walk.
Wear appropriate footwear. Walk is over uneven paths. In case of inclement weather, go to MontgomeryFriends.Org for information.
