The Montgomery Township Committee will hold its annual Reorganization Meeting on Thursday January 7 at 7pm, for the first time via Zoom. Newly elected Township Committeewoman Shelly L. Bell will take her seat for the first time, and two of the five-member governing body will be selected to serve as Mayor and Deputy Mayor for 2021.
Customarily, members of the Township Committee give addresses regarding priorities for the township in the new year.
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting by computer or telephone, as follows:

Note: Those wishing to participate in the Zoom meeting must first open a free account at Zoom.us. During the public comment portion of the meeting, participants may comment by utilizing the “Raise Your Hand” feature in Zoom. If joining a meeting by phone, when it is time for public comment, in order to “Raise Your Hand” you must dial “*” followed by the number “9”.

Comments may also be submitted in written letter form, delivered to the Montgomery Township Municipal Building, 2261 Route 206, Belle Mead, New Jersey 08502. All advance comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled meeting. The email will be read by the Township Clerk during the public comment portion of the meeting.
