“Our Healthy Town” Survey – Responses accepted thru April 30th

Posted on April 14, 2015

In honor of National Public Health Week, Montgomery Health Department hosted a Town Hall meeting focusing on improving community health on April 8th.

We had a lively and engaging event with representatives from Board of health, Schools, Seniors, youth, and our Shared Service partners.

We are processing the data to prepare our Department’s Strategic Plan to improve the health of the community. A summary of the meeting’s findings will be posted on this website next month (and shared with all participants).

If you missed this meeting, you can still take our brief anonymous community survey (via Constant Contact) through April 30 using this link:

We are listening to what matters to our residents and stakeholders.  Your feedback will help us develop a Strategic Plan so we can improve the health of our neighborhoods over the next five years.

We want to know what you think:

  • Where should we focus our efforts to make our neighborhoods healthier?
  • What’s making our residents sick?  What worries you as a resident?
  • What do we value together as a community?
  • What can we do to be better prepared for the future?

Thank you!
