Various Road & Sidewalk Improvements – Public Info Session May 19Posted on May 18, 2021
IMPROVEMENT AREAS INCLUDE: MILL POND RD., DEAD TREE RUN (Partial), WILSHIRE DR., EDGEWOOD DR., WEDGEWOOD CT., HOFFMAN PL., SPRUCE LANE, CHERRY VALLEY RD., (Partial), YORKSHIRE WOODS SIDEWALKS, WOODSEDGE SIDEWALKS
The Montgomery Township Engineering Department will be hosting a virtual Public Information Session on Wednesday,
May 19, 2021, starting at 7 PM and ending at approximately 8 PM. This session will discuss the following projects in the
1. 2021 Bridgepoint Area Improvements which includes repaving and infrastructure repairs on Mill Pond Road and
a portion of Dead Tree Run Road (Bridgepoint Road – Mill Pond Road).
2. 2021 Road Improvements which includes:
a. Repaving, infrastructure repairs, and ADA ramp upgrades on Wilshire Drive, Edgewood Drive,
Wedgewood Court, Hoffman Place, and Spruce Lane.
b. Extension of bicycle lanes on Cherry Valley Road from Jefferson’s curve to Duffy Place.
c. Sidewalk repairs in Yorkshire Woods development.
d. Sidewalk repairs in Woodsedge development.
This session will be held in a webinar style format starting with a project overview, discussions about various aspects of
the project, and finishing with Q&A. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about the project at the end of

Please be aware that there will be a three (3) year restriction on road openings after paving. This includes utility service
connections/upgrades (usually necessary for new additions or certain building work), repairing your driveway by the road,
and other work within the public rights-of-way. If this affects you, please contact us immediately for permit information
