Preserved Land Maintains the Bond of Family

Don & Pat Matthews have owned the iconic farm on the corner of Route 206 & Rutland Road for the past 65+ years, recognizable by the impeccably-maintained red barns, and wreath on the silo during the holidays.
In June 2019, the Township completed the process of preserving the Matthews Farm, which will allow the Matthews (and future owners) to continue to farm the property, but not develop it.  The Matthews enlisted the help of D&R Greenway to seek financial advice on preservation of the farm.
