Personal Health Safety Reminders for during Snowstorms and Power Outages

Montgomery Township Health Department would like to reminder residents to use caution while shoveling or spending longer periods of time exposed to frigid temperatures, as well as being careful of carbon monoxide hazards from heating methods in the event of a power outage.  Here are three publications that address how to shovel snow safely and how to prevent hypothermia and how to avoid CO2 poisoning.
