Office on Aging & Disability Services Closed to Walk-Ins

Due to the public healthcare emergency, and for the safety of our clients and caregivers all county-operated senior centers are temporarily closed. The Office on Aging & Disability Services is closed to walk-ins, but the staff is available. Those who are seeking assistance, can call 908-704-6346 or toll-free 1–888 –747–1122. Callers are asked to leave their name, phone number and a brief message and calls will be returned as soon as possible.

For the protection of our clients and employees, and to adhere to the social distancing guidelines mandated by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Meals on Wheels will operate on an adjusted schedule for this week. Hot meals will be delivered on Tuesday, March 24 and Thursday, March 26. This week clients will also receive back-up food that will include both frozen and shelf-stable meals. Clients are asked to save their backup meals in case Meals on Wheels is unable to deliver hot meals.

Meals will NOT be delivered on Wednesday, March 25 and Friday, March 27.  Clients are encouraged to use the frozen meals delivered earlier in the week.

For more information, call 908-704-6346 or toll-free at 1–888 –747–1122.
