Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA) on November 17, 2023, at 10:30 am in the Finance Department Montgomery Township Municipal Building, 100 Community Drive, Skillman, New Jersey 08558, at which time and
place responses will be opened for:
Animal Control Services
Two-Year Contract January 01, 2024, through December 31, 2025
Specifications and instructions may be obtained from Montgomery Township QPA at mpitts [at] montgomerynj.gov or in the Finance Office, Municipal Building, 100 Community Drive, Skillman, NJ 08558.
Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 c. 127 (N.J.S.A. 17:27 et seq). Respondents must be registered under the New Jersey Business Registration Act at the time of the respondent’s response and must provide a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to the award of the contract.
