Description
The Promenade is a 281,829-square-foot regional shopping/entertainment development being developed just north of Princeton Airport on Route 206 by SJC Ventures, LLC. The Promenade will be anchored by Whole Foods. There will also be several restaurants. A one-acre outdoor community space with public events will be a great gathering space and focal point of the Promenade. The project also includes 34 single-family detached homes that buffer the existing homes on Route 518 and the new shopping center.
New loops roads will be constructed by the developer to alleviate traffic congestion at the Route 518/206 intersection.
The developer received a preliminary and final major site plan and subdivision with bulk variances to construct 281,829 square feet of commercial space and 34 single-family residential dwellings.
